NFA weapons removed from the Act as collector's items and classified as curios or relics (still under the Gun Control Act of 1968). (Goto Section III.)

Section IIIA.
NFA weapons classified as curios or relics which are antiques and do not come under any provisions of the Gun Control Act. (Goto Section IIIA.)

Section IV.
NFA weapons classified as curios or relics (still under the National Firearms Act and Gun Control Act of 1968). (Goto Section IV.)

COMPILER'S NOTES:

  1. "*" indicates an entry made since ATF P 5300.11 was last published (7-87);
  2. In the Marlin entries, "Rd" indicates a round barrel and is not part of a firearm serial number;
  3. "S/N" and "S/Ns" mean "serial number" and "serial numbers;"
  4. "Cal." and "cals." mean "caliber" and "calibers."
